Delete Your Account
Everything PopGrab holds about you, removed in a few taps.
From inside the app
This is the whole of it — there is no form to fill in, nobody to email, and no waiting.
- Open PopGrab.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation, then tap Delete Account again.
The account is deleted immediately. The app returns to its welcome screen, and you can start fresh whenever you like.
What gets deleted
- Your account and its identifier.
- Progress — level, XP, Sparks, tier and best scores.
- Lifetime counters, such as rounds played and tiles popped.
- Every tune you saved or backed up, and your remaining allowances.
- Your leaderboard entries, which stop appearing for other players.
- The copy on your device, so nothing is left behind after the app closes.
What is not deleted
Ordinary server logs — an IP address, a timestamp and which request was made — age out on their own short rolling window. They are not tied to your account once it is gone, and we keep anything the law requires us to. The Privacy Policy sets out both.
If you cannot reach the app
Deleted the app already, or lost the device? Email support.teammio@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my account, and we will remove it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
One thing we cannot do is find an anonymous account for you. A player who never signed in has no identifier that ties the account to a person, so there is nothing we could match an email against — which also means nobody else can find it either. Deleting the app removes the only copy on the device; the empty account ages out on its own.
